Why Proof Emails are Essential for Custom Sticker Orders

Digital proofs are an important part of the custom sticker ordering process. They let you check the layout, size, cut shape, and overall appearance before production begins.

When you receive your proof

After you place an order, we usually send a proof email within 1-2 business days. Production starts only after the proof is approved.

The proof is there so you can confirm the sticker looks right before we print. If something needs adjusting, reply to the proof email with your notes.

What to check

• The artwork is the correct design.
• The size and shape look right.
• The cutline or border spacing looks correct.
• Text and small details are readable.
• Any special notes or requested setup have been considered.

Revision limits

Each order includes up to 3 revision rounds for proof adjustments such as repositioning, cutline tweaks, spacing, or shape refinements. Once the final proof is approved, production proceeds using that approved setup.

If we do not hear back

If a proof email is not replied to within 3 days, the design is automatically approved and moves into production. After production starts, changes can no longer be made.

Proofs help keep the process clear and reduce the risk of surprises. Keep an eye on your email after ordering so your stickers can move into production as quickly as possible.
