Return and Refund Policy
At StickerFlex Australia, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom stickers. We want you to love your order. However, because our products are custom-made specifically for you, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
1. Quality Guarantee & Defects
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error, we will make it right.
- Report Issue: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via the link below.
- Evidence: You must provide your order number and a clear photo of the defect.
- Resolution: We will evaluate the issue and offer a free reprint or refund at our discretion.
Important - What is NOT considered a defect:
- Errors in Approved Proofs: If a digital proof was provided and approved by you, StickerFlex is not responsible for any spelling, grammar, layout, or size errors that were present in the approved proof. Please check your proofs carefully.
- Color Variation: Colors appear differently on screens (RGB) than they do in print (CMYK). Slight color shifts are normal in custom printing and are not considered defects.
- Cutting Tolerance: A cutting variance of up to 1mm to 2mm from the cut line is considered industry standard. Slight centering shifts within this tolerance are not considered defects.
- Low-Resolution Artwork: We print the file exactly as you upload it. If your uploaded image is low resolution, pixelated, or blurry, we are not responsible for the resulting print quality.
2. Order Cancellations
We begin preparing your files for production almost immediately.
- Before Production: If you contact us before your order has entered the "Processing" or "Production" stage, we can cancel and refund your order.
- After Production: Once an order has been printed or cut, it cannot be canceled or refunded as the materials have already been used.
- Refusal of Content: If we cancel your order because the content violates our Terms of Service (e.g., offensive or hate speech), you will receive a full refund immediately.
3. Shipping & Delivery Issues
- Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening it and contact us immediately.
- Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee will apply.
- Lost Packages / Marked as Delivered: StickerFlex is not responsible for packages that have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are reported as missing (e.g., stolen after delivery). In these cases, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
- Courier Delays: While we guarantee our production times, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers (e.g., Australia Post) once the package has left our facility. Missed event deadlines due to shipping delays do not qualify for a refund.
4. Change of Mind
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind" or "wrong size ordered" once the product has been made.
Sale Items:
Sale items are final and cannot be returned for change of mind. However, standard warranty applies if a sale item is faulty or defective under Australian Consumer Law.
5. Refund Process
If your refund is approved:
- You will receive a notification via email.
- The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to clear the funds.
