Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Do you ship overseas?
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only.
Do you offer pick-up?
Unfortunately, we do not offer a pick-up service at this time. Our operations involve large machinery and for safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate public access to our facility.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you’re not home when Australia Post attempts delivery, they’ll leave a card and take your parcel to the nearest Post Office. You’ll have 10 business days to collect it before it’s returned to us.
If it does get returned, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery (note: a redelivery fee may apply).
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us ASAP and we’ll update the address. Once it’s dispatched, changes aren’t possible.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each sticker order is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We use protective packaging to help your order arrive safely, but if it turns up damaged, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and a clear photo. We'll assess it and follow up with the best next steps.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, Express Shipping is available at checkout. It speeds up the delivery part after your order has been dispatched, but proofing and production times stay the same.
How long will it take to get my order?
After your order has been produced and dispatched, Australia Post delivery usually takes 2 to 6 business days with Regular Tracked Shipping within Australia. Express Shipping usually takes 1 to 2 business days in most areas, but can take up to 5 business days in some locations. New Zealand delivery is usually 2 to 6 business days. These are estimates only and can vary.

Orders
Below are some of our common questions about orders
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes, our minimum order is 50 stickers per design and size. If you need different designs or different sizes, each one will need to be ordered as its own 50+ sticker line.
Can I split 50 stickers across multiple designs?
No, the 50 sticker minimum applies to each design and size.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Your total order time includes proofing, production and shipping. We usually send your digital proof within 1 to 2 business days. Once you approve it, production normally starts the next business day and many orders are finished the same day. Larger or more detailed orders may take 1 to 3 business days. Shipping time then depends on the delivery option you choose at checkout.
Will I receive an order confirmation email?
Yes! You’ll receive an order confirmation as soon as your purchase is complete, followed by a separate email with your proof within 1–2 business days.
How long does it take to receive my proof?
You'll usually receive your digital proof within 1 to 2 business days after ordering. We only start production once the proof is approved. If we don't hear back within 3 days, the proof is automatically approved so your order can keep moving.
Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If you need to update your artwork or details, please contact us immediately. Once the proof is approved, we can’t make changes.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
If your order has not gone into production yet, we can usually cancel it and issue a full refund. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible because each order is custom made.
How do I re-order?
Re-ordering your custom stickers from us is simple! Just send us an email with your previous order details, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Do you have a price list?
Because every sticker order is unique, based on size, quantity, shape and material, we don’t have a fixed price list.
What happens if my artwork is smaller than the 5 cm minimum size?
If your submitted design is under our 5 cm minimum, we’ll review it before production and contact you if there’s an issue.
If we’re unable to proceed with the order at that size, we’ll issue a full refund.
In some cases, we may still be able to print the design at the submitted size. Where appropriate, we may include extra stickers at no additional cost, but this is assessed case by case and is not guaranteed.
I’m not sure what size my design is
No worries — here’s how to measure it with our Virtual Image Ruler tool:
- Upload your artwork (JPG, PNG, SVG, GIF or PDF) into the ruler tool.
- Position and resize your design so it fits just inside the fixed grey ruler bars on the top and left. Use corner handles, the slider, or mouse wheel to adjust.
- (Optional) Toggle Snap to 0.5 cm grid, or manually enter the longest side in cm and hit Apply for precise sizing.
- Read your live dimensions (in cm & inches) in the bottom-right — that’s the size you enter on the product page.
Do clear stickers include a white ink under-base?
By default, clear stickers are printed without a white ink under-base, which means lighter or pastel colours may appear slightly translucent when applied to darker or coloured surfaces. This creates a see-through effect, which can look great for certain designs (like subtle branding or glass applications) but may not suit all artwork.
If you need your colours to appear fully opaque and vibrant, we can add a white ink under-base beneath your design.
What to know about white ink under-base:
- It requires special file preparation (separating the white layer from your design).
- There is extra setup time and printing cost, as the process involves additional passes and ink usage.
- Proofs will clearly indicate where the white ink will be applied so you can approve it before printing.
To request this option, simply note it when uploading your artwork or contact us directly for a quote.
Do you offer spot colour holographic stickers?
Yes! We can produce custom holographic stickers with spot colours (specific solid colours matched to your design). These are printed on holographic vinyl and can be combined with full-colour printing, white ink layers, or selective holographic effects.
Key things to know:
- Spot colours can be printed as solid fills or overlays on holographic material.
- To make certain elements pop (while keeping other areas holographic), a white ink under-layer may be required for those spot colours.
- This process needs special file preparation (layered artwork with spot colour and white ink channels) and incurs extra costs due to setup and additional print passes.
- We’ll send a proof showing how the holographic and spot colour effects will appear before production.
For a quote or help preparing your artwork for spot colour holographic stickers, contact us or mention this when placing your order.
I've ordered the wrong sticker product, what can I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you've chosen the wrong size, finish or sticker type. If your order hasn't gone into production yet, we may be able to update it or cancel/refund it. Once production has started, changes usually aren't possible because each order is custom made.
Do you offer partnership discounts, sponsorship deals or further discounts?
Fairness and transparency are important to us. We’re a small family-run business, so we do not currently offer partnership promotions, sponsorship discounts or special collaboration pricing.
To keep pricing fair for everyone, our best discounts are already built into the website through bulk order pricing. As your quantity increases, the price per sticker is reduced automatically, giving better value whether you are a solo artist, small business or larger organisation.

Production
Below are some common questions about our production
If I approve my proof faster, will I get my order faster?
Approving your proof quickly helps avoid delays because production cannot start until your proof is approved.
It does not guarantee same-day production or faster delivery. Shipping time still depends on the delivery option selected at checkout.
How long does it take you to make my stickers?
Production starts after your proof is approved. Most sticker orders are produced the same day after approval, but larger or more complex orders may take 1 to 3 business days. Once finished, we'll pack and dispatch your order with tracking.
What equipment and materials do you use?
We use professional print and cutting equipment with premium sign-grade materials selected for durability, clean cuts and strong colour.
Our stickers are made for indoor and outdoor use, and each order is produced carefully so the final result matches your approved proof as closely as possible.
How many mock-up revisions do I get?
We include up to 3 mock-up revision rounds per order.
This covers adjustments such as repositioning the artwork, tweaking the cutline, or minor spacing/shape refinements.
Additional mock-up rounds beyond the included 3 are not available, as each revision requires manual setup and production time. Once the final mock-up is approved, production will proceed using the artwork exactly as supplied.
Important: All mock-ups are digital previews only. The final printed sticker may vary slightly in colour, vibrancy, or appearance especially with specialty materials like holographic, glitter, or clear vinyl, where the effect cannot be fully represented on screen.
Do you offer custom design services for stickers?
Currently we do not offer custom design services. We focus on providing high-quality sticker production based on designs you provide.
How accurate will my stickers be cut out?
We aim to cut every sticker as accurately as possible, but a small cutting tolerance is normal with custom stickers.
Please allow for a possible variation of around 0.5 to 1 mm. To help avoid trimming issues, keep important text, logos and details at least 3 mm inside the cutline.
Can you adjust the colours in my design?
No, we do not adjust the colors in your design. We believe in maintaining the integrity and originality of your artwork. To ensure the final product matches your vision, please provide the design with the correct colors before submission.
Artwork Preparation
Below are some common questions about preparing your artwork
Do I need to add a cutline for my custom stickers?
No, you do not need to add a cutline. We can set this up for you when preparing your artwork for print.
If you are supplying your own cutline, please place it on a separate clearly labelled layer, make sure it is a vector path, extend your artwork 3 to 4 mm beyond the cutline for bleed, and keep important text or logos at least 3 mm inside the cutline.
What file formats do you accept for custom stickers?
We accept the following file formats for your custom sticker designs:
- JPEG/JPG
- PNG
- EPS
- PSD
- AI (Adobe Illustrator)
- SVG

Should I submit my artwork in RGB or CMYK for sticker printing?
CMYK is preferred for print, but we can accept RGB artwork too. If you’re creating your design in Canva, Procreate or another design app, just upload the highest quality file you can.
Please note that printed colours can look slightly different from what you see on screen. Screens use light, while print uses ink, and specialty materials such as clear, holographic and glitter can also affect how colours appear.
What is the recommended resolution for sticker designs?
For the best quality printing, we recommend that your sticker designs be at a resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch). This ensures that your design will be clear and sharp when printed.
What happens if my design is below 300 DPI?
Designs with a resolution lower than 300 DPI may result in a print that's blurry or pixelated. We strongly advise using high-resolution images to achieve the best quality stickers.
Do you modify or edit my artwork?
We don't make creative changes to your artwork, such as changing colours, redrawing elements or adding text. We'll only prepare your file for print by setting up the cutline, safe margin and print-ready details.
How are sticker sizes determined?
The size you enter when ordering is based on your artwork exactly as it’s submitted. We don’t rotate or reorient your design when sizing — the measurements apply to the artwork as provided.
