6. PRODUCTS, PROOFS AND PRODUCTION

  • Certain products may be available exclusively online and have limited quantities.
  • All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.
  • Colour Accuracy: Please note that images viewed on a screen (RGB) will appear slightly more vibrant than the final printed product (CMYK). We cannot guarantee a 100% color match to what is displayed on your monitor. Slight color shifts are not considered a defect.
  • Proof Approval: For custom orders, you are responsible for inspecting digital proofs for errors (including spelling, layout, and size). Once a proof is approved, StickerFlex is not responsible for errors present in the approved proof. Modifications cannot be made once production has commenced.
  • Cancellations: Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the 'Processing' or 'Production' phase has begun. If a cancellation is requested before production starts, a cancellation fee may apply.
  • Production & Shipping Times: All turnaround times provided are estimates only. While we make every effort to meet these timeframes, StickerFlex is not liable for any loss or damage (including missed events or deadlines) caused by production delays or shipping carrier delays.
  • Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

7. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders placed with us.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and purchase information.
  • It’s your responsibility to update billing and contact details promptly.

  • Copyright Warranty: By submitting artwork to StickerFlex, you warrant that you possess the necessary rights, permissions, and copyright to reproduce these images.
  • Indemnity for Artwork: You agree to indemnify and hold StickerFlex Australia harmless from any claims, legal fees, or damages arising from copyright or trademark infringement allegations regarding the artwork you have supplied.
  • We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms.
