Shipping Policy

At StickerFlex Australia, we are committed to delivering your custom stickers promptly and securely. All orders are shipped locally from Sydney, Australia.


1. Production vs. Processing

Because every sticker is custom-made, please allow time for us to manufacture your order before it ships.

  • Production Time: Generally 1–3 business days.
  • When does the clock start? Production begins the next business day after payment is confirmed AND artwork/proofs are approved (if a proof is required). Delays in approving your proof will result in delays to your production start time.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


2. Delivery Estimates

Once your order leaves our facility, the following delivery times apply:

  • Sydney Metro: Generally overnight (1 business day).
  • Nearby Cities & Regional NSW: 2–3 business days.
  • Rest of Australia: Up to 7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Selecting Express Shipping speeds up the transit time but does not speed up the production time unless specified.

Please note: These are estimates provided by our carriers (Australia Post / Couriers) and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or peak seasons.


3. Shipping Address & Re-Delivery

  • Check your details: Please double-check your address at checkout. StickerFlex Australia is not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid addresses.
  • Return to Sender Fees: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a post office, a re-delivery fee will apply to resend your items. We cannot cover the cost of re-shipping due to customer error.
  • PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers: Please ensure you use a valid Australia Post delivery address if using a PO Box or Parcel Locker.


4. Authority to Leave (ATL)

Unless you specify otherwise, some couriers may leave your package in a safe place (Authority to Leave) if you are not home. StickerFlex is not responsible for packages that are stolen or damaged after they have been safely delivered by the carrier.


5. Lost or Damaged Goods

Once orders are dispatched, they are the responsibility of the courier service. However, we are here to help.

  • Damaged: If your stickers arrive damaged, please take a photo immediately (including the packaging) and email us.
  • Lost: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you don't have it, please check with neighbours first, then contact the courier directly to lodge an enquiry.

6. Order Tracking

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing your Tracking Number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update.
